Fintel sells an ownership browser and a retail tape. The 13F, the N-PORT, the 13D, the Form 4, and the FINRA short print are filings. The real-time options flow and the intraday borrow file are a market-data feed.
The row stays now. 13F is 196,788 amendment-resolved filings and 11,646 managers, a full panel from 2019. N-PORT is 84.4 million raw holding rows from September 30, 2019. 13D and 13G are 58,487 filings, of which 4,285 current positions are activist 13D. Insider transactions are 11.28 million classified Form 4 and Form 5 rows. FINRA short interest is 2,542,965 rows through 2026-08-31, and daily off-exchange short volume is 3,832,493 rows through 2026-10-05. The trader page sources real-time options flow to the CBOE. Stock pages update borrow fees every 30 minutes from a lending indication. Those two stay theirs. Capital IQ financials and analyst ratings stay a license. Quality, value, momentum, and the squeeze score are models.

| 13F holdings | The trader page lists 13F filings with 13D, 13G, and fund ownership. The API overview dated 2026-01-28 serves institutional holdings from 13F and N-PORT. | 196,788 amendment-resolved filings and 11,646 managers, a full panel from 2019, checked 2026-09-19. New filings land on the four-hour run. The filer joins the same company and investor ids as the rest of the graph. | Ahead |
| 13D and 13G | Activist 13D filings and beneficial-ownership 13G filings are on the trader page, and the API lists them as activist filings. | 58,487 filings, checked 2026-09-19. 4,285 are current activist 13D positions and 26,096 are current 13G stakes. The position is on the four-hour run. Classified intent is a weekly batch. The clean structured panel is the XML era, full from January 2025, with a thin file from late 2023. | Ahead |
| Insider filings | Forms 3, 4, and 5, insider performance, and 10b5-1 plans are on the trader page. The checkout puts insider trading on Bronze and above. | 11.28 million classified Form 4 and Form 5 transactions, plus a Form 3 starting position, checked 2026-09-19. 209,003 people after the filer is resolved. A planned sale is separated from a discretionary sale, including plans recovered from the footnote. | Ahead |
| Fund and ETF holdings | Mutual fund and ETF ownership are on the trader page. The API serves N-PORT holdings and lists ETF flows beside short volume, without naming a creation feed. | N-PORT from September 30, 2019: 84.4 million raw holding rows, equity and debt, checked 2026-09-19. US-registered funds. A change in shares on that file is the flow the filing supports. | Ahead |
| UK ownership | The trader page lists UK ownership filings next to the US 13D, 13G, and 13F list. | A UK major-shareholding notice is a public filing. It is not loaded. The ownership file in house is the US regimes above. | Partial |

|---|---|---|---|
| Short interest | The short-interest page ranks percent of float shorted and days to cover. Stock pages label the share print NASDAQ or NYSE, say the print follows the twice-monthly schedule, and use a Capital IQ float in the percent-of-float ratio. The checkout includes short interest from Bronze up. | FINRA's public twice-monthly file is loaded: 2,542,965 rows, 40,890 tickers, 125 settlement dates, from 2021-06-15 through 2026-08-31. Days to cover is on the row, and a squeeze-setup flag is computed from that file. The percent-of-float ratio on their page uses a licensed float. A ratio on shares outstanding from the filing is our figure. | Ahead |
| Daily short volume | The short-interest page sells the short volume ratio. Stock pages source off-exchange short volume to FINRA. The API overview lists short volume. | FINRA's daily off-exchange file is loaded: 3,832,493 rows, 15,066 symbols, 338 trading days, from 2025-06-02 through 2026-10-05. It covers the FINRA venues. It is not a consolidated tape. | Ahead |
| Borrow fee and shares to borrow | The short-interest page sells intraday short-share availability and borrow fees. Stock pages update the fee every 30 minutes and describe the availability figure as a broker's indication, not the market's whole lendable supply. The Workbench exposes a borrow rate and a shares-available field, and the squeeze screens filter on both. | That file is a securities-lending feed. The public short print does not carry a fee or a locate. | Gap |
| Short-squeeze score | The Workbench publishes a squeeze score from 0 to 100. The screens that use it also filter on the borrow rate. The leaderboard is theirs. | A flag computed from the FINRA share print is already on the file. A score that needs their borrow rate as an input stays on their feed. The formula is a model either way. | Partial |

| Real-time options flow | The trader page leads with short squeezes, gamma squeezes, and real-time options flow, and names the CBOE with the SEC, the NYSE, Nasdaq, and Capital IQ as its sources. The checkout puts options volume, open interest, and implied-volatility sentiment on Bronze and above. The API overview dated 2026-01-28 does not list an options endpoint. | A put or call line inside a 13F is a filing, and a ratio on those lines is a model. The real-time tape, the unusual-trade alert, and a gamma score are the CBOE feed. | Gap |
| Institutional put/call | The trader page lists institutional put/call ratios with the 13F and fund filings. | The 13F book holds the reported option lines. A screen that ratios them is a model on holdings we hold. That screen is not shipped. | Partial |
| Quality, value, and momentum | Quality, value, momentum, ownership, and insider scores run from 0 to 100. Piotroski runs from 0 to 9. The QVM leaderboard requires Silver or Gold. Their quality-plus-value study, for 1992 to 2013, cites a Sharpe of 0.91 against 0.46 for the Russell 2000, and a Sortino of 1.18 against 0.48. The screener marks a block of statement fields as Capital IQ, and those fields are in the Workbench. | A Piotroski score and a quality-value score trained on as-reported financials are our models. Their published backtest is their result. A field that exists only in the Capital IQ extract stays a license. | Partial |
| Capital IQ financials | The checkout has a row labeled financial data by Capital IQ. The trader page names Capital IQ as a source. The screener says those fields are in the Workbench. | As-reported financials are extracted from the filing. Their standardized statements are the license. | Beside |
| Analyst ratings | The alerts page sells upgrades, downgrades, and price targets as they happen. | A target or a rating that arrives on a wire stays theirs. A forecast trained on the filings is our model, and it is not their unpublished estimate. | Beside |

|---|---|---|---|
| Filing alerts | The alerts page sells near-real-time notices on SEC filings, including 8-Ks, and on purchases and sales it sizes from $25,000 to $5 million. | The filing is in the book. 13Fs land on the four-hour run. A consumer alert at those dollar gates is a screen on Form 4 and is not a shipped inbox. | Partial |
| Biotech catalyst calendar | The checkout puts an upcoming-catalyst calendar, with drug, indication, and trial phase, on Silver and Gold. The page does not name a trial database. | A clinical date in an 8-K or a press release is a crawl. A milestone that exists only in a private trial file stays theirs. The calendar is not shipped. | Partial |
| What a seat costs | The checkout names Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Ownership, insider filings, options sentiment, and short interest start at Bronze. The catalyst calendar starts at Silver. The text returned on 2026-10-14 does not print a dollar price. | The filing half of that bundle is already in house. A seat price for this screen is not set. No dollar figure is quoted, because the page text did not include one. | Ahead |
Ahead The feature is data we already hold, in a form an investor can use.
Match Both products do this.
Partial We have the disclosed half, or the raw material for the model, and not their finished file.
Gap The feature is a feed we do not hold. The options tape and the borrow file are this case.
Beside Capital IQ statements and analyst ratings are a license. A model we train on the filings is our number.
