NOTSedar is a SEDAR+ filing browser with a price chart and a SEDI insider line. The filing index and the classified material-change events are already in house. The Canadian insider regime is not.
The row stays now. Search by company, type, and date is the index of 1,677,842 filings across 3,640 companies, as of 2026-10-08. Opening every Canadian PDF in the same reader as a US filing is the step still being stood up. The price chart is a quote. SEDI insider totals are a separate public regime and are not loaded.

|---|---|---|---|
| Find the document | The homepage says browse SEDAR+ filings by company, category, filing date, and headline. Indexed company pages group documents into Results, News, Governance, Transactions, Ownership, Admin, and Other, with a count on each. | The filing index is 1,677,842 SEDAR filings across 3,640 companies, as of 2026-10-08, with the filing type and the filing date. Older rows can lack a type. | Ahead |
| Open the PDF | Indexed company pages show Open PDF on a cached filing and Fetch PDF on one that is not cached yet. A direct open of one issuer on 2026-10-16 asked for a Google sign-in before the list. | The filing bytes come in with the QuoteMedia SEDAR feed. Full-text search of the Canadian PDF, in the same reader as the US filing, is the step still being stood up. | Partial |
| Financials, prospectus, news | The homepage says a company page joins financial results, news releases, prospectuses, and transactions. Indexed pages label a financing, an MD&A, and a technical report in that list. | Those document types are in the index. Material-change events are classified on top of that, about 27,300 across about 3,035 issuers as of 2026-10-08. NI 43-101 reserves and project economics are extracted from the technical report. | Ahead |
| The price chart | Indexed company pages draw a price chart with windows from one month to max, and they say trading context where available. | A Canadian quote is a market-data license. The filing does not include the print. | Beside |

| SEDI clusters | The homepage says SEDI activity is grouped into signal-grade trades and issuer clusters. Indexed company pages show a named insider, a buy or a sell, and a dollar total. | The US Form 4 and Form 5 file is classified and joined to a person. SEDI is the Canadian insider regime. It is public, and it is not loaded. SEDAR company filings are not that regime. | Gap |

| What a seat costs | The homepage says sign in with Google to search, and it points institutional access to an email. No dollar price is printed. | The filing index is already in house. No dollar figure is quoted, because the page did not include one. | Ahead |
Ahead The feature is data we already hold, in a form an investor can use.
Match Both products do this.
Partial We hold the filing or the extract, and not their finished screen.
Gap They ship it. We do not.
Beside A Canadian price chart is a market-data license. Our identifier for the issuer is the SEDAR profile, not the ticker.
