Quartr, event by event.

Quartr sells the company event. The earnings call, the capital markets day, the conference, and the shareholder meeting are one object, and the audio and the papers hang off it.

All companies · The opportunities · Law Insider · Candid · BamSEC · WhaleWisdom · Tracxn · CB Insights · Diligent · Fintel · Daloopa · 2iQ · Mine AI · Junior Mining Intelligence · NOTSedar · Mining Data Online · QuoteMedia. Quartr stays scored now on the full list.

The row stays now. Their event is a folder: a date and a type, then the slides, the filing, the audio, and the transcript. The US call text is already in house, 264,816 calls as of 2026-10-14. The global live room, where a person listens with no registration, is the part still to crawl. Their pages disagree on coverage: more than 15,000 companies on the live-calls page, and 16,000 companies across 65 markets on the about page and the API page.

The event

FeatureQuartrKscope
The event as a folderDocs read 2026-10-17: a company owns events, and an event holds the slides, the filing, the audio, and the transcript under one id. A placeholder is created when an estimated or confirmed date exists, before any paper is attached. For a call, the date is when the audio is expected to go live. For a release with no call, the date is when the document comes out.Calls are stored as an earnings call, a conference, a deal call, or other. 264,816 calls as of 2026-10-14, and 189,500 of them are joined to a company. The slide and the filing are not filed under that same event.Partial
What counts as an eventThe same docs keep a type list. Earnings calls are split by quarter, Q1 through Q4, and by half year, H1 and H2. Also a trading update, a third-party conference when the webcast is public, a merger announcement, an ESG update, an investor update, a status update, a study update, a study result, a key-opinion-leader event, an investor day, an analyst day, a capital markets day, an R and D day, a partnership, an FDA announcement, a guidance event, an extraordinary meeting, an annual meeting, a scheme meeting, a fireside chat, three kinds of presentation, a registration filing, and a proxy filing.Four labels. A title that says earnings conference call is kept as an earnings call. A capital markets day, a shareholder meeting, a study readout, and a guidance event are not their own types.Partial
The date before it happensThe calendar page shows upcoming earnings calls, earnings releases, and other events for the companies a person follows, by week or month. It can sync to that person's own calendar. Filters are company, watchlist, industry, type, and date. The forward earnings file is 3,690 issuers as of 2026-10-05, one projected next report date each, with a high and low range. Every row is a forecast. About 133,000 point-in-time eras record how that projection moved. The actual US announcement is the results release on the 8-K. A confirmed clock time for a global call is not that file.Partial

While it is live

FeatureQuartrKscope
Listen without registeringThe live-calls page says there is no webcast link and no registration. The stream is HLS. A call moves from scheduled, to live, to processing, to a recording. The page says more than 97 percent of events are delivered live. The data overview, the contractual line, says 90 percent of live content is streamed and transcribed within 5 seconds of the start. Recordings: 90 percent within 20 minutes. Transcripts: 95 percent within 45 minutes. Edited transcripts within a couple of hours. Webhooks fire within seconds. A Snowflake share refreshes daily.Recorded audio is kept with the live transcript file. That file is refreshed on a five-minute poll, last described on 2026-09-19. It is not a room you join, across their company list, as the call starts.Partial
The words as they are spokenThe transcript updates with the audio. Clicking a sentence starts playback there. Slides sit beside the live call. Playback speed stays locked to the text, and drops back to normal when the listener catches up to live. The stored transcript is full text. The live file, checked 2026-09-19, was 24,337 calls across 4,344 tickers, from 2023-05-24 through 2026-09-17, and 23,795 of those had a summary. It arrives on that same five-minute poll, not as a word-by-word stream.Partial

After it ends

FeatureQuartrKscope
The stored callBacklog transcripts are reprocessed after the event, with timestamps and speaker names. Audio is a downloadable file as well as the stream. The live page says the full audio and transcript are available as soon as the event ends.264,816 call pointers as of 2026-10-14. About 240,600 are the historical archive and about 24,200 are the live file. The text is searchable. A copy that exists in both files is marked so it can be kept once. About 111,000 are verified earnings calls, about 78,000 vouched, and about 75,000 warned. Verified means the fiscal period matches and a second source agrees.Ahead
Who said the sentenceThe reprocessed transcript names the speaker, and a search result shows that name with the paragraph.2.26 million participant rows, name and role, across those calls. The list is who was on the call. It is not lined up with the sentences, and it is not joined to the person graph. Roles are missing on the 2014 and 2015 archive calls.Partial
Jump to the questionsChapters label prepared remarks, the question section, and topics, with timestamps. The player jumps to the questions.A marker shows where questions start on an earnings call: 92 percent of the archive earnings calls and 93 percent of the live file. A hand check of 50 calls in each file put precision near 90 percent and 94 percent. The marker sometimes falls after questions have already started. Topic chapters are not labeled.Partial
Slides on the same eventSlide PDFs are linked to the event, searchable, and also returned as parsed text. The data overview says 90 percent are up within 30 minutes of public release. The slide deck on a company's investor page is public. It is not collected as part of the event.Partial
The filing on the same eventAnnual and quarterly reports, the US 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and the local equivalent, attached to the event. Raw PDF or parsed text. 90 percent within 15 minutes of public release. The US filing is already parsed, and the Canadian filing index is in hand. Those documents are not grouped under the call.Partial
The summaryThree lengths: a one-liner, a short paragraph, and a long breakdown, each with a link back to the source, for the event and for each document. The API page also names people, products, topics, and KPIs as datasets. The docs organize the content as audio, transcripts, filings, slides, chapters, and summaries, and they do not publish a separate KPI feed.A summary is on 23,795 of the 24,337 live-file calls checked 2026-09-19. The archive is not in that count. A model that pulls a figure out of the call is buildable on the text. It is not a shipped feed of those named sets.Partial

The calendar around it

FeatureQuartrKscope
Follow a companyFollowing a company puts its calls, reports, and other events on the calendar. The mobile app is free and alerts when a followed company goes live. Desktop and the phone stay in sync. Pro adds keyword alerts, daily and weekly recaps, transcript highlighting, and a chat over the documents. Pro and the API are contact sales. No seat price is printed. The issuer site can list that one company's events. A cross-company research calendar, a keyword alert, and a chat over every call are software on the US text we hold, and a crawl for the rest.Partial
Search what was saidTranscript search runs across companies. A result shows the paragraph, the speaker, the event type, and the date. Quotes force an exact phrase. The words are already searchable, with the company and the fiscal period on the call. Filtering to one speaker is the row above.Ahead
How many companiesThe about page and the API page say 16,000-plus companies, 65-plus markets, 50 million first-party documents, and 800-plus clients. The live-calls page the same day says more than 15,000 companies. Founded 2020. The about page counts 152 people. The first product was the free mobile app. Customers named on the API page include Perplexity, TradingView, Ravenpack, Rogo, and Hebbia. The live file checked 2026-09-19 covered 4,344 tickers. 189,500 calls are joined to a company. A count of distinct companies in the call file is not in the note. The other companies' investor pages are public.Partial
How far backPast events are on demand, and there is a backlog. The pages read 2026-10-17 do not print a start year. The archive includes 2014 and 2015, which is as far as the missing-role note goes. The live file runs from 2023-05-24. A first date for the whole archive is not in the note.Partial
A date that is not a webcastAn FDA announcement, a study update, and a study result are included when the company hosts them.A separate catalyst calendar, beta as of 2026-09-22, holds 1,385 upcoming dates across 12 types, including drug approval dates, advisory committees, clinical readouts, lockups, and debt maturities. That is the regulator's date, not the company's webcast.Beside

What the read means

Ahead The feature is data we already hold, in a form an investor can use.

Match Both products do this.

Partial We hold the filing or the extract, and not their finished screen.

Gap They ship it. We do not.

Beside Rehosting a webcast can carry a redistribution right even when the call itself was public. A broker estimate is not this product. A regulatory catalyst date is a different calendar from a company event.
