Intelligize, section by section.

Intelligize sells the disclosure desk: a filing, the peer's language, and the SEC letter about it. The desk is public filings. The memos around it are a license.

All companies · The opportunities · Law Insider · Candid · BamSEC · WhaleWisdom · Tracxn · CB Insights · Diligent · Fintel · Daloopa · 2iQ · Mine AI · Junior Mining Intelligence · NOTSedar · Mining Data Online · QuoteMedia · Quartr · Quiver · RavenPack. Intelligize stays scored now on the full list.

The row stays now. The disclosure desk is the filing, the section, the comment letter, the proxy, the agreement, and the ADV. Those are in the graph, and a section can be diffed against last year. Law-firm memos, Big Four accounting guides, and a client's own draft stay theirs. Their pages do not agree on the size of the filing set or the comment-letter set, and both figures are quoted.

The desk

FeatureIntelligizeKscope
What the platform isIntelligize+ AI, read 2026-10-19, is a LexisNexis disclosure desk. The public-company page puts SEC filings, comment letters, and accounting standards in one place, with Protégé on top. The same pages say the buyers are public companies, law firms, accounting firms, and companies preparing an IPO. Several pages say the firm serves nearly 60 percent of the Fortune 500, 87 percent of the Am Law 100, and all of the Big Four. No seat price is printed. The door is a trial. An API page offers filings, comment letters, ESG reports, and M&A data for a firm's own portal. The same objects are already extracted and joined: the filing section, the agreement, the proxy, the comment letter as an EDGAR filing, and the ADV. A person, a company, and an adviser resolve to the same graph. The screen they sell on top of that text is the part still to package.Ahead
ProtégéThe 30 March 2026 release says the next Protégé keeps a multi-turn conversation, shows the search logic, and ties each answer to the filing. It benchmarks up to 20 SEC filings at once and writes tables and executive-style summaries. The AI page says the step after research is a grounded first draft. The homepage adds a disclosure analyzer, a workflow builder, disclosure checklists, and a Protégé vault for a client's own drafts.A cited answer over the filing and the clause is live, legal chat note of 2026-10-04. The answer can name the compensation consultant and stay on one company family. A 20-filing cap is their screen. A vault of a client's unpublished draft is their document store.Partial
The size they printThe pages do not agree. Public companies and the accounting-firm page say 17.9 million-plus SEC filings. The API page says 17.5 million-plus. The benchmarking feature page says 16.5 million-plus. Comment letters and responses are 516,000-plus on the public-company page, 450,000-plus on the API page, and 430,000-plus on the benchmarking page. The law-firm page says 99,000-plus no-action documents. The private-company page says 88,000-plus S-1 and S-1/A filings. Several pages say 2,000-plus filters.Searchable sections in the newer index are 17,871,301, across eight form families, 2016 through 2026, sections note of 2026-09-19. The accession catalog runs from 1994. Those two counts are not the same object as their filing total, and the three figures they print are left as they stand.Ahead

The filing

FeatureIntelligizeKscope
Section matricesDisclosure benchmarking compares 10-K, 10-Q, and proxy language. The matrices named on the accounting page are MD&A, notes to the financials, risk factors, and business. The peer-benchmarking page also lists non-GAAP measures, critical audit matters, cybersecurity, and ESG. Automated redlining compares the language. Peer groups and year-over-year change are the workflow. The eight families in the section index are the 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, S-1/A, S-11, 424B4, 20-F, and 20-F/A. Year-over-year diffs are shipped for 10-K Item 1A risk factors and 10-Q Item 2 MD&A. A new filing is in that index within about 30 minutes of detection. The proxy is not one of those eight families.Ahead
Comment letters and no-action lettersComment letters are a database of their own. A 2023 walkthrough shows a filter by SEC examiner and by topic, an analytics view, and the letter plus the response as one thread. The law-firm page puts 99,000-plus no-action documents beside the filings. The current solution pages still list comment letters as a core set.Correspondence and no-action letters are EDGAR filings in the accession catalog, so the text is in the filing search. An examiner index, a topic tag, and a thread that stitches the letter to the response are the screen on top of that text.Partial
Proxy, 8-K, and the pay tableThe AI page says Protégé compares 8-K event disclosures and benchmarks proxy statements. The accounting page says the filings search pulls tabular data, including compensation and pay versus performance, and can compare a table across filers.Proxy proposals are 125,520. Item 5.07 vote results are 188,462. N-PX is 72,435,308 votes, proxy note updated 2026-10-14. Named-officer pay is 653,295 person-company-years, pay note of 2026-09-19. The board roster from the proxy is 38,548 rows, ESG note of 2026-09-19. The 8-K text sits in the filing search. A proxy-language matrix in their four-section layout is not the shipped risk-factor diff.Ahead

Agreements, and the company on the other side

FeatureIntelligizeKscope
M&A agreementsThe law-firm page says the platform includes M&A filings and the agreements, plus the comment letters on them. The API page lists M&A data as a feed. The structured exhibit table is 462,524 material contracts and 6,209 merger agreements, 2016 through 2026. The clause index is 30,825,922 typed clauses, 1994 through 2026, verified 2026-10-02. Parties resolve to the same company and person as the proxy, the Form 4, and the ADV. Image-only exhibits are still the OCR hole.Ahead
Earnings calls next to the disclosureThe peer-benchmarking page says the comparison is stronger with comment letters, accounting guidance, and earnings transcripts beside the filing. The call file as of 2026-10-14 holds 264,816 call pointers, 189,500 joined to a company. The transcript sits on the same company as the 10-K section.Ahead

Advisers

FeatureIntelligizeKscope
Form ADVThe forms guide lists Form ADV and ADV-W. Current solution pages lead with the company filing and the comment letter. ADV is in the form list, not the headline of the 2026 Protégé release.ADV is live. The adviser note of 2026-08-27 counts 52,991 CRDs. Regulatory-assets history is 327,658 points on 23,603 advisers, from 2017-10-01 through 2026-07-31. Disciplinary events are 9,925 on 2,153 advisers. Private funds are a current register. The firm resolves as an adviser, and the public company it sits under resolves as a company.Ahead

What stays on their shelf

FeatureIntelligizeKscope
Accounting standards and firm memosThe accounting page links ASC topics to the note, the MD&A, and the comment letter. The set includes FASB, PCAOB, AICPA, and IFRS, plus guidance from the Big Four that can be filtered by firm. The accounting-firm page says 55,000-plus accounting standards and guidance documents. Firm memos are a separate collection, written by law firms, accounting firms, and consultants. A US GAAP disclosure checklist for the 10-K and the 10-Q is part of that product. The peer's 10-K note is the filing we hold. The FASB codification is public and is not loaded as a checklist joined to those notes. A Big Four guide and a law-firm memo are a license.Partial
ESG reportsThe API page says 28,000-plus ESG reports. The benchmarking pages treat ESG as a disclosure topic inside the 10-K, and also as a report set of its own.ESG language inside the 10-K is in the section index. A library of standalone sustainability reports is not loaded. An ESG score is not in the graph.Partial
The draft, and the priceThe homepage keeps a client's drafts in the Protégé vault. The AI page continues from research into a first draft. No dollar price survived on the pages read 2026-10-19. The commercial door is a trial, and the API is offered to firms that want the content inside their own site.A first draft grounded in a filing we hold is a model on that filing. The vault of a draft the client has not filed is their document store. The law-firm memo beside the draft stays a license.Beside

What the read means

Ahead The feature is data we already hold, in a form an investor can use.

Match Both products do this.

Partial We hold the filing or the extract, and not their finished screen.

Gap They ship it. We do not.

Beside A law-firm memo, a Big Four accounting guide, and a draft the client has not filed stay theirs. The filing, the letter, and the agreement are public.
